Explanation of the Basic principles : These principles reflect the mentality based on Don Bosco's philosophy on providing necessary provisions to the younger generations in order to train and nurture them into becoming good members of the society, through specialized skills and education having them be able to contribute to the society. As the bible mentions "The salt of the earth" where the salt supports the earth even when hidden, we also encourage them to become engineers and specialists who support the society behind the scenes. With having many supporters in the Christian community as well as approximately 1600 branches in our schools, we are able to have a wide outlook on human society which allows us to train our practical engineers. We also continue to follow Joan Bosco's teachings of Assistenza, a way of growing together by leveling to the students' point of views.
